im puertorican and so is my husband but, were having trouble finding baby names? im 2 months pregnant dont know what gender my baby is yet but, i want to start thinking of names. My husband and i are looking for names that you never hear that much for example names like chris and micheal. I dont want a boring name im looking for something more interesting. I think it's pretty. But it may be too long. It's 10 letters and 5 syllables. Is that a bit much?

There are long names that are really nice like Gabriella, Stephanie, Christopher (11 letters!),etc. but they only have 3 syllables.

ok, I realize this is a pretty unorthodox request for a baby name. But my son's name is Samuel Barrett, Barrett as in the Barrett M-82 .50 Calibre Rifle (yes, we're an army family, big surprise, my husband is a sniper). Anyway, I'd like to continue the "gun middle name" for my daughter but can't think of anything relatively femenine. The first name is going to be either Mia, Kaylen, Katrina, or Valerie (haven't quite decided on that one either). Any real suggestions would be great, thank you!

i am 22 weeks along and my husband and i are having a hard time picking a name he wants to name her Jack but i say thats a boy's name by the way thats what his grandfather was called his name was john but everyone called him Jack he also said Kerry which im ok with but i know he is going to change his mind again i like the name Kiernan which my husband says is a boys name but i think it could be both other choices are

i thought that when i have a child (and if a girl..lol)
i'll call her jaqhelynn-rose, but her nickname be rose and enroll her at school as Rose. I know that two of my friends has two names. one friend has her birth name then a different name that is on the rest of her documents(the same for her sisters) and my other friend has her chinese name and the name she chose when she came to aust. although we all call her by her chinese name :D lol. and they dont have trouble with their names
