The Bill of Rights is pretty straightforward in saying ...

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

I read that and I'm confused as to how liberals interpret that to mean that Christmas displays on the town square illegally violate a "separation of church and state". In fact, I can't find the phrase "separation of church and state" anywhere in the Constitution.

And why is it that liberals will defend to the death, by physically assaulting people with their man-purses if necessary, every kooky religion that people make up and then fight with the same zeal to eliminate only Christianity?

And what is their problem with people saying the Pledge of Allegiance?

A free-thinking, educated, voting public obviously doesn't serve them well so, from what I hear, the plan is to keep lying to the American people about the economy, the war on terror, etc, so they can take over Congress next year and finish the job of turning the United States into their vision of a socialist utopia.

They tried to get this done in the 90's but, thank God, Newt Gingrich stepped in and acted as the monkey wrench in the dilapidated machine that is the modern American liberal movement.

This is what I heard. Please feel free to correct me if my information is incorrect.

If the liberals take over Congress this November and then finish ruining the country (a job they started five decades ago) and by ruining the country they thereby deprive me of all the blessings offered Americans by our conservative Founding Fathers, will I be paid reparations?

Bush is down in most polls to about 35%. Who are his hardcore defenders and why, in spite of the present conditions that now exist in our country? It seems to woesn weekly and there must be some logical reasons for their continued suppoert in spite of the growing trend against Bush.
