The certain things I'm wondering about are the influence of new accessories and how hard they make it on security, such as the new sandals with flasks built in. FLuids can now be transported unnoticable. do x-ray machines pick up fluids? also for homeland attacks my school has implemented texting all students if there is a problem on campus. Only problem is that most of the buildings on campus do NOT have connection. Are these two huge oversights of our protectors or am i over reacting?

Between 40-50% of actuve duty millitary believe the Govt had a hand in the 9/11 attacks. Many soldiers ive talked to are hesitant to discuss the reasons but they believe it to be true. More and more every day are waking up to the fact that they are being exploited by big corporations and Govt and are on teh brink of mutany. So my question is to all Americans will you stand with us if such an attack is initiated to get the to bottom of the conspiricy?

Support for the war on terror seems to be waning among liberals and given voice by the Hollywood elite. Would you be willing to fight if the US was the only country not under
Sharia law and was being pushed from all sides. If you would fight at that point then why would you wait until the fighting takes place on your doorstep? If you would still not fight then when would you?

Demonstrations and marches in Washington D.C. and around the country to protest the war in Iraq, The WTO, environmental policies, gay rights, and other causes are becoming at least as common now as they were in the 1960s. The right to assembly and free speech are basic liberties granted in our constitution. But I'm curious about whether all of you out there feel that this type of civil action (I am only refering to peaceful demonstrations not violent ones) has any ability to affect either how our legislators vote or public discourse and opinion.

can you tell your prime minister, that Bush bloke, to steer clear of Australia this week with the APEC meeting. He is not welcome here. Unless of course he wants to just have a gork around, thats fine.
He has to pay for his own cabs though.

As I understand it, at least a third of all Americans still believe Saddam Hussein had WMDs, even though all the evidence has shown the contrary. A full quarter of all Americans still believe that 9/11 was a government conspiracy, in spite of the thousands of eye-witnesses, police reports, and independent investigations. How many people believe in astrology, UFO's, psychics, luck, karma, fate, fortune, angels, demons, gremlins, goblins, dragons, horoscopes, numerology, racial superiority, gender-based intelligence, and religious mythology? Most of the people I've met have demonstrated one of the above irrational beliefs.

Many of those people vote. If people are motivated by superstition and ignorance, how can they reasonably govern themselves? Religion, superstition, and unfounded conspiracy theories should have no place in the political world. Yet today, most governments in the world are not seperate from religion, and some are run by crackpots who don't believe in the Holocaust.

My local city council has been looking into outsourcing the management of the local public library to save money. A number of residents were very dissatisfied with this and we had an interesting debate during the last city council meeting.
Would you support the outsourcing of your library services to a private company in the name of saving money?
