Their holy book is rather explicit:

"Allah is the enemy of the unbelievers." - Sura 2:98

"Kill them [unbelievers] wherever you find them. Fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for Allah." - Sura 2:191- 193

"Fighting is enjoined on you, and it is an object of dislike to you; and it may be that you dislike a thing while it is good for you, and it may be that you love a thing while it is evil for you, and Allah knows, while you do not know." - Sura 2:216

Big brother is not an indication of attitudes in Britain. The vast majority do not watch this - I have watched it once & it was so boring I switched off after five minutes! The viewing figures tell you that it's only a minority who watch it out of the entire population of Great Britain. Sadly, Channel 4 are scraping the bottom of naff, audience participation and cheap to run c**p programmes - Z rated 'celebrities' uneducated fur coat & no knickers slobs & a bunch of viewers satisfying their own needs to lust after a modern day version of 'what the butler saw'!! If you trade in c**p expect to get c**p results. The whole affair should be treated with the contempt it deserves & I for one resent having my country judged as being akin to attitudes in 'big brother' - it is not & it's not a political issue either. I don't watch Coronation St, Eastenders, Hollyoaks, Emmerdale, family & holiday swapping or 'Diana specials' - how others live is not entertainment - it's peeping tom stuff!

This is just another gov't intrusion! People have spanked for decades and now someone wants a law against it? Parents already have it rough now trying to raise kids today with all the negative in their faces for them to learn from. I don't see anything that helps parents reinforce good values anymore. They don't teach good manners anymore, or expect them. I try so hard to take my kids down the correct path so they grow up responsible and respectful people, but the law has already made it so difficult to discipline kids as it is that taking away a swat oon the but will really take the power away from parents. What's next no grounding? Whose idea is this anyway? They probably don't even have kids. I got spanked and I lived to tell the story. We all did. And our parents didn't have to worry about JOE GOV'T interfering with their child rearing. This is liberal California for ya. I'm glad I don't live there.

This might sound weird but isn't the entire world suppose to lose power soon? I think I heard that somewhere. Or it could be a dream. One of those dreams that seem so real and that they also might appear in different days. Please someone say that I'm trippin on some kind of drug.

For example, Fox5 morning news here in NYC has this anchor, Lucy Noland, and like 3 or 4 out of 5 days of the week, she shows a moderate amount of cleavage. How did I notice this? Cause I'm a guy lol

Anyway, I thought news stations were to have a certain degree of a "dress code" or something like that, but maybe Fox5 is a little too "liberal".
