2) Afghanistan has 11 letters
3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters

This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:

1) New York is the 11th state
2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11
4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers. 6+5 = 11
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+1 = 11
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11.

Sheer coincidence..?! Read on:
1) The total number of victims inside all the hi-jacked planes was
254. 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year. Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11.
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the twin tower incident

What death in 2006 affected you most?
Explain why it did.

I think the death that affected me most was the death of Steve Irwin, probably because he tried to help and change the world and enviroment in a good way.

I don't care much if an actor dies, probably because all they do is simply act in movies for your entertainment, I don't think they help the world in many ways. I still don't know why they get so much attention, who really cares if an actress changed her hair color or style?

Anyway, this is my opinion, I'd like to hear yours.

Does anybody remember the news stories a few years ago about supposed 'yobs' in the UK shining laser devices into the eyes of airline pilots while they were flying, apparently causing them to go blind temporarily?

I thought it was quite amusing at the time. Was it big deal over nothing, or was it a serious case of reckless behaviour that could have been disasterous?

someone told me this and i want to know if its true. i've been trying to find out if 1) any miscondust on the part of a custodian ever took place; and 2) if there was ever a lawsuit filed against a custodian and/or the college itself for sexual assault/harassment; within at least the past year. so far i've done search after search on newsites, ect ect and come up with nothing. is this person a liar, or someone with very wrong information? or am i not searching correctly?

He has been sentenced to die by hanging withing 30 days. Do you agree? Should it been by electrocution or not at all or some other way?
