Personally I don't like the idea of (another) country having nuclear arms but I find it hypocritical of the US, UK etc to condemn a country for developing weapons that they already possess, and seem to have little intention of getting rid of!

Does NK's test of a nuclear weapon give the U.S. the reason it needs to invade? Or at least build a coalition to invade? Especially considering NK's assistance to Iran?
Thoughts?

The ad is a full page spread stating that we need to fly more (and stuff environmental consequences)

"SPURT calls upon Britain's nimby whingers to stop complaining about flight paths, noise and air pollution and the demolition of listed buildings. Be grateful you live so close to an airport"
"Nobody wants to hear about climate change, flooding and people dying in Africa. It's depressing and it doesn't affect most of us"

It has to be a joke??

Doesn't this destroy years of civil rights work to protect people
on jobs who don't have Unions?
Isn't it just a cop-out because government is back-logged on
cases?
We need people on thier jobs, to relieve the tax burden, and cut
down on welfare and crime.

The west appears to have no problem going into countries which they feel could be a threat to their security. North Korea are now known to have nuclear weapons ( unlike Iraq ) and are on China's doorstep. Should the west support them if they move in to neutralise the potential threat against them?

Some of the questions and answers on the site make me think the education of the average user is just above that of a house plant.

Does anyone else notice this is getting worse as time goes by?

Am I alone in this supposition?

I have a problem getting satisfaction from Npower, I have sent two emails to their "Customer Care" team and rang them four time to get a simple problem resolved, they have not answered my emails and not returned my calls despite promising to do so.
Has anyone else had to go through this?
Is this the way Customer care is going in the UK now.

Firstly, does anyone know whether it was just an atomic weapon, or whether they've actually produced a thermonuclear weapon?

Secondly, does anyone know the estimated yield of this weapon?
