Greetings!

As you might suspect your countrymen in the North are in near starvation. At the same time their is such a military grip on their own people that revolution peaceful or otherwise is out of the question, for now.
As it effects the rest of the world and those neighbors near them rests in the hands of China.
Until now, as in the original Korean Conflict, China has played hardball with any nation trying to interfere with N. Korea.
However China must now be forced to be the spearhead in reigning in the Madman.
Why? 1) China is the only country who fears trade retaliations from the US. We are the only global market dumb enough to buy their products in the quantities which have allowed them to enter a state of richness.
2) Radiation kill more people in a nuclear blast than does the actual explosion. Being next door, and winds blowing across the ocean over Korea to China, should make the Chinese, albeit in secret tell the madman to stop or else.
I do not see them as the threat that say Iran might pose.

Good Luck

World war 3 is gonna start as a result of this. There is no way any country can be denied the right to arm themselves with nukes. Prepare for the worst and leave the country before the draft starts.

At the moment I can only hope that China can control this N.K. lunatic from using or selling this weapon (if he has it). Consequences? Not good, anyway you look at it.
