In a way I think it was a good thing they did it. Now They will have to suffer the consequenses of their actions. I just hope the free worlds reaction is not to simply impose economic sanctions, I truely believe the leaders of the free world need to unite and make a HUGE HUGE attack. When I say Huge attack I mean take out most of the Country of North Korea. We need to make an example to other evil leaders that if you mess with the free world we aint gonna sit back and be bullied but rather we are gonna bully the bullies!!! True not all koreans are bad, but they had years and years to get a new leader in place and they did nothing, there inaction is a threat to the security of the free world. Another thing is the free worlds needs to attack now and ask questions later, the longer we wait the more money the north koreans leader can make selling nukes to his evil friends.

Of course its not the right thing to do, it was a challenge, just like the last time. A country with nukes that's run by an insane person is a very dangerous place. One good hit man could take care of the situation.

No, regardless of what excuse they give for doing it, they were still warned by the UN Security council not to do the tests. I think they see it as throwing down the gauntlet to the rest of the world. Compared to Russia, China and the US, North Korea is still a small fish. I think they are wanting to be recognized as a power since the bomb they tested was a neutron bomb, which is more deadly.

Yes they were right to do so,cause they know that the rest of the world will sit back and do nothing..What can we do? Countries like that know that the UN have no backbone to do anything about it.The US and its allies in the war on terror won't be able to do anything because its too late they already have the technology and if we do go after them then we will have to go after Iran too b4 it gets nuclear weapons as well......So all NK is doing is sticking 2 fingers up at the west and trying to provoke another World War ....they have the upper hand now...The UN should have done something sooner i can see this as being the end of the UN......

well, they test it on their territory, its their land,all we can do is condemn north korea,we can't just take out our nukes and blast north korea,besides,other countries such as the Us also has nukes,if one day everyone will just dismantle their nukes and burn all knowledge on how to build them, the world will be a safer place

I don't think Nuke testing is right for ANYBODY!
I wish we earthlings could all just GET ALONG!
I guess that is just too much to expect. :(

Well.. it's not right coz it's bad for the environment but it's their land and they have all the right to do with their land whatever they want .. just like US and Israel do.. they do whatever they want and no one is telling them any thing

Yeah, just to prove "We have it too, you know?". For further info, i think you'll have to wait for Mr. Kim to enlighten us with that. Just hope he doesn't send those who want to know with a present that comes with its own mushroom cloud.
