Let's assume I have a good nestegg saved up, so I don't need a job right away. But, I don't have enough to buy a house. I will need to rent a modest sized place. Maybe a 1br apartment or loft. Not a studio(not that modest). What are some suburbs/small towns that have a lot of rental space, but is not ghettoish, and not super expensive Beverly Hills type. Lets say I can afford 1500/month for rent. What would be the nicest place to rent space in that price range in Cali?

I just moved here a few months ago, and I dont know the area very well. But I've checked the newspapers online and can't find anything! I've been checking around town, and I've found several halloween stores, but not any haunted houses.

I did pass a place advertising a haunte house last night, but it was dark and i couldnt stop, so im going to try to find it again, but surely there should be many others around here.

I live on the southside of indianapolis, In

Has anyone started their own company for families looking for a nanny? There are 5+ in my area but I'm moving about 3 hours away and there isn't one at all. The area is growing and I think after years of experience as a nanny and now as a mom I'd be great at it. I just need the tools and knowledge of how to get started. Any advice tips? I'm in CA if that matters.

i would be willing to disclose necessary. Situation not an excuse, still challenge the justice of "blackballing" individuals from ability to demonstrate commitment to obtain employment at a level comparable with their ability. The emotion, ashame, remorse, regret, rehab and enourmous fees are enough to absorb, to then have no options to rebuild or even meet expenses.

Coming up I ate *a lot* of steaks and hogies, and if you are from Philly you know what I mean by steaks. After joining the military, I tried to replicate the great taste overseas, . . . and having worked in a hogie shop, I knew how to make both well, . . . but I just couldn't get the taste right. Then I realized . . . it is the bread. What bread do we use for our hogies back home?
