For a large firm your attorney will contact their counsel. There is a point of contact in all companies that con direct you to who this person or firm is. Call the general number and ask. There is no point in trying to do this on the QT. If your are serious there is no way to do it quietly. Contact an attorney who specializes in the field you are try to collect damages in.
