Lowe's or Home Depot. I have one under my cloths washer.

you shouldn't need one

if you have water under your dishwasher and/or refrigerator, it means they're leaking and you need a repairman.

normally these appliances do not leak, and your floors are not in danger

u can looke on froogle or goole u can also go to home depot
