Saffer - You people. I dont need your lame imput.

Deep - Thanks for the imput, helpful

Jim B - Okay, So - it HAS to be signed the same way for it to be valid? So Billy Joe cant be B. Joe? =(

As long as you're constant on everything you sign, you can sign your name anyway you like. Your driver's license, credit cards and checks should all be signed the same way.

And actually, writing it the same way is mostly for your convenience.
If your name was Billy Joe, could sign it Harvey Moonbottom if you wanted too.
Liberace (a famous popular pianist for you young folks) signed his name in the shape of a grand piano.

It is a requirement to sign any legal documents which ever way your name appears on the doc. The same goes for paychecks, etc.

For your safety simply try to write it the same everytime u sign it, and if you always leave a spave of three centimeters to the left of the line, always do so.
