I was thinking about going into business with my long-time friend. I was wondering if anyone knew hom much one of those little stores you see in the complexes is. I had a garage built. Everything was completed except the electrical work promised which included hooking up the garage door opener, a light inside and one outside. They just sent me a invoice saying the work was completed and they want the final payment. Can I hold off paying until the electrical work is done?
