I was thinking about going into business with my long-time friend. I was wondering if anyone knew hom much one of those little stores you see in the complexes is. I dont need a lot of room, i just have no idea how much it is going to cost. also, if anyone has experience with this, it would be a great help if they could tell me what they know about starting a small store. Also, anyone know about tobacco and liquor licenses?

First of all stores do not sell any tariff products. Any item
that is taxed at the border, or regulated requires high insurance.
The good idea of imported items is franchised like Gift packs,
if you are really expert at wines or those products. These are
not sold, they are ordered at catalog and require a safety class
in inspection, you may become the store as in storage. The
good news is stores cost about 300 a month includes all lights,
heat, so on, and the service you provide can be best selected
by seeing your chamber of commerce. The word to watch is
shares, even banks stick their nose into plazas to see what
cash trade is up to. No leases, shares, options, or collectives.
