The insurance company covering a fence painter who's overspray paint went onto my vehicles is trying to force me to get the repair work done at a collision shop of their choice. This store here in Klamath Falls, Ore. have been jerking my 82yr. old mother around for almost 2 months now. She purchased a natural gas free standing stove. Well it was set up to burn propane and she hasn't been able to use it yet!!! They keep telling her the part is coming, Oh, yes it will be here over night. This is month two now.
