This seems like a statement with a question mark at the end. People have all kinds of junk they want to get rid of, if you take it and clutter up your yard you would be in violation of city a county codes. Anymore they go over your property in planes, so living in a rural area no longer allows you to have the things you could have in the past. It used to be farms had the first vehicles they ever owned, now you need to get rid of them too.
