There used to be a company in Mammoth Lakes, California by the name of Kittredge Bow Hut. I understand it was sold in the mid 1980s, to a group in Visalia, California headed up by a gentleman by the name of Brian Sword. Is this company still in business? possibly with a different name. Mary Thompson Hospital (Also known as Hospital for Women and children) was located on 140 N Ashland Avenue Chicago, IL 60607 and was closed in 1989.
I need to find some of my mother's records who worked there as a MD from 1957 to 1970 aprox. Nowadays, the Women's Treatment Center is where the Mary T. Hospital was located at.
If some one can help me to find some information about where those Hospital Files were sent to, after closing the Hospital, I'll be more than thankful to get that info.

I bought a resteraunt. it has no grease trap interceptors. i need to put some in, but does the city or county regulate the installation of grease trap interceptors? Do they have any restrictions or fine details I need to know of?

I usually do not shop at walmart for big items or clothing, but will do a quick stop for little things like dog food, a gallon of milk, you get the idea. well tonight i went there to grab a few things. I do not know if all walmarts do this, but mine does checks elec now. so i give the girl my check and expect everything to go ok as usuall. than in a very loud voice she says " you just wrote me a bad check" I was like WTF? I have more than enough money in the bank to cover it. I tired to reamin calm and asked if i could call my bank real quick before they took my cart away. i wanted them to know that there was money in the account. she said no and that i should know better than to write bad checks ( i have never bounced a check) so i just leave and call the 24 hr bank thing. they said there was no way that my check should have been turned away. I tell you what. i am so sick of walmart. I am never going back there.

I was wondering what makes a business official in the US as a whole (apart from getting a TIN).

Also, what makes it official as a whole in the state of Georgia. Say the business is internet based, but you are looking to expand it in the future and be able to accept and write checks and get a business account and what not.
