I doubt it, but you can speed up regular mail by adding the four diget addition. (doesn't make much of a difference if you are sending it somewhere local.)

The post office reallly appreciates it when people use this. Especially around the Holidays.

Its not guaranteed to be delivered by any certain date. Usually if I have a bill due or want it delivered by a certain date, I will send it a minimum of 7 days before... I sent my step-son a birthday card that took 5 days from Maryland to Colorado... hope that helps.

Most likely not. During the holiday season, mail volume more than doubles.

If you did express it should be there in no time but regular might not get there as fast.
