Last week the new law took effect. It was voted on in the last Nov. 7 election. Ohio is now a smoke free state.
Go to Cleveland.com and check out the Plain Dealer front page article on this new law.

Yes, for now anyways! im so mad that stupid law passed. Im currently trying to quit smoking b/c it will just be a pain in the A**! I work @ a hospital & as of Jan there will be no smoking on the property at all...thats their rule tho. I also work @ a bar/restaurant part time & since there will be no smoking inside he is not going to allow us to smoke outside while on duty at all! grrr! I JUST HOPE I CAN QUIT!
