lol I use to work for them they are actually pretty horrible. They buy things in such large quantities that they up the prices of everything by like 30% and they're still lower than most places. But than again that's why there's always new stuff coming in and stuff leaving. If they can't get a deal on the product they won't buy it.
WalMart is the #1 company that also has the most employee and ex employees sueing them right now. At the store I was at, one girl got fired on maternity leave, another girl (dept. manager) fell off a ladder in the back room and went on short term disability, the store replaced her position and she never got it back. Stuff like that happens all the time there!!!

Wal-Mart has already taken over the world, and they are about to take over the universe as well. But you know what I like to do. I take a Wal-Mart sales ad into Target, because Target says they will beat anyones price by 1 penny, it really makes Target MAD!!!!!!!!!

yup.. i own a small retail store in a small community with a super wal-mart. they've been here 1 1/2 years & several businesses have closed. several more are close to closing.
they sell cheap to get rid of the grocery competition then raise the prices after they get them out of the way. sneaky!
i don't go there often & hate it when I have to.

I'm not afraid of them. But I see your point. Providing jobs and contributing to the community. Yeah, that's pretty rough stuff there. Then there is the low prices and great selection. Those bastards, pretty soon there will someone out front with a bell and a pot begging for money for the poor.... oh wait. Never mind.

I'm not afraid of Walmart taking over the world, but they do put
A LOT of smaller businesses out of bussines because Walmart sells things sooo cheap.

Reminds me of the movie "Demolition Man" where ALL the restaurants are Taco Bell. Soon ALLLLL the stores will be Walmarts. Yuck.
