Yes, and no.... There is no official written policy on the subject, however most stores honor a seven day rule. If the price drops within seven days they'll refund the difference. It is a management decision in most cases. If a store doesn't offer a refund contact the district manager, they will offer a refund.

Walmart has something on clearance for way less than they are selling it online. If I buy it online do you think they will give me a credit for the difference?
