I go to the post office quite a bit the service their is getting worse and worse I mean their might be 8 windows and uselly their is only one person working their and the line of customers would be 10 deep , Its to bad their is no competion , I believe most of the problem is the union of course if your usless lazy and good for nothing you would need a union .

We would like to rent it out for one year and move into the house the following year? Is this possibe? Do we need to actually be residents of the state to buy a house? What is the going rate to rent a 4BR, 2.5 BTH house in Houston, Texas? My husband's sister lives there so she will over see things for us in terms of rent collection - maybe, and her husband will handle any maintenance issues - we will pay them someting every month for taking care of this for us. Hey--

I'm going to NYC within the new few days, and I really need to find & buy a Rainbow/ Gay Pride flag ASAP. I'm sure there's got to be plenty of places in Greenwich Village, at least, where I can buy one, but I don't know where.

My husband and I were in an accident in January and are reaching the end of our treatment. We plan to wait and see what the insurance company offers us before we decide whether or not to seek a lawyer. My husband and I combined have lost 400 hours of work, driven 3,524 miles spending 72 hours on the road and 84 hours at the doctor.
