If you're not stuck on the concept of a "brick-and-mortar" store, you should check out this site:
http://www.berraboutique.com
They have really reasonably priced dresses (WAY under $100). They are mostly new, some are gently worn. They're really high quality and stylish.
If you email their owner at info@berraboutique.com, she'll send you a $5 off promotion code.
Hope I could help :)

Do you know anyone who sews? Perhaps the home ec department at your local high school might know of a student who would be willing to make your dresses. There are simple patterns that are very adorable and cute at the fabric store. You would be able to pick out the perfect fabric to go with your color scheme. J.C. Penney's and Sears usually have very cute dresses for little girls. People at your wedding will think the flower girl is adorable no matter what she is wearing, just because she is little and cute and part of your wedding party. A simple dress can always be dressed up with a velvet or satin sash, hair bows, and other accessories.

maybe your not into resale shops[ goodwill, etc] but I'm telling you they have some lovely things. i have beautiful wedding gowns and veils and formals for the bridal party and regular formals that are gorgeous and not a thing wrong with them. and no one would ever know if you didn't tell them. all you'd have to do is clean them. they have beaautiful shoes and other accessories ad well. if we have 5 or 6 in racine wis here, boston must have tons of them,. give them a try. and you're not going to pay a couple hundred buck....they would cost a FEW bucks.

Anton's cleaners runs a charity aimed at getting clean quality (donated and cleaned by them) into the hands of girls who couldn't afford them otherwise. Irt\ is called "Belle of the Ball." If you are in that category try calling them or going on their website.
If you are just looking to save some money look at off price stores like TJ Max or Bldg 19.

Check out a ROSS if they have them on them in Boston. Or for that matter check out a JC PENNYS. I have always found some awesome deals. My honeymoon dress for a cruise I went on was a score for only $7.00!!!

Deparntment stores in the mall can have stuff in that price range
also the "garment district" in cambridge is a thrift store that has a lot of good quality stuff. It's worth a look.
