Pls answer my query. I am working as a Call Centre Manager in a MNC. Currently, my company has call centre around Asia Pacific. Each and every individual country has a call centre. However, the top management has requested us to look at centralizing the call centre in Singapore. This would mean we will eradicate all call centres in each and every country and set up a regional call centre as a HUB in ONE country. The management think by doing so, we can cut down costs and increase revenue. My questions are how can this be cost effective? Having oversea customers calling in is definitely more costly right? If I am a customer calling from Australia, wouldn’t it be cheaper if the call centre is in Australia? Setting up a regional call centre in S'pore would mean a Australia customer will now have to make a long distance call to Singapore and the hotline is toll free so we have to pay for all telco charge. Pls advise why it is more cost effective to have a centralised call centre?

i took my car for its service and i know my ipod was in my car because i was listening to it on my way to the dealership. when i went to get my car unbelivably my ipod had dissapered. when i went to complain about it, one of the managers simply said that he was sorry but they weren't responsible for objects left in the car and that i should not have lefi it in the car. i was shocked, he didnt even care about the fact that an employee had stolen something from me. how on earth am i not gonna trust their " proffesional mechanics"?? i am so upset about it. and im sure im not the first person who is going through this. what can i do???????????????????????

We are supposed to get one here in Chillcothe, OH in mid-2008. I wanted to know what it has, if it's worth my time to visit. We have a Lowe's in town and personally, the place is dirty, no one is willing to help you, and it is impossible to walk in and just look for something without knowing where it exactly is located. I have heard it is a nice place. Just wanted anyone's opinion on it if they have one nearby or shop at one regularly.

worried People wont come to me as a juice bar for coffee. However Coffee is huge right now and I feel I could be loosing out on profits. Do I go for it buy the equipment and risk it? or will people be put off buying juice knowing we sell unhealthy coffee? are starbucks too big for me to compete? should I just concentrate on what we do best juices and smoothies? I will be visiting Austin for the first time and I want to check out some of the great live music I keep hearing about.

Anyone know of a place I should go? I'm not a huge country fan, but I love live music no matter what genre, so any suggestions would be great. I don't much care for loud crazy frat boy-type scenes though. I've checked out sites about the music over there, but since I've never actually been there, I don't want to end up at some dive bar, ya know?
