I want to obtain a business license in the state of Nevada. My question is; can I use my legal name as the business name? For example, if my name was "Jane Doe", could I have a business license issued to the business of "Jane Doe" or would I have to word the business differently, like "Jane Doe's Pizza Kitchen"??

You know those items that sell at the outlet stores for way less than in retail stores, yeah, the ones that seem to have slight flaws in them, or they may have minor things wrong with them? I was wondering if there is a surplus place online that deals in items such as these. If so, does anyhone know of any websites tha I can go to get items such as these? Or any information for that matter would work. I own my own electronics repair company and I am looking to expand and sell much more than just the things that people leave behind. And not ebay, I am talking about a stand alone store where I can purchase these items in bulk!
