It depends on your body type. Unless you're really over weight you shouldn't worry about it at 13. If you are overweight, get your parents take you to a doctor set up a plan to lose weight. Healthy eating and lots of exorcise and sleep is best. Fad diets and pills (unless prescribed) do NOT work. Otherwise, just chill, you'll have plenty of time to worry about that in twenty or thirty years. Just be a kid for now.

My health teacher had a chart that said you should weigh about 100 pounds for 5 feet and 5 pounds for each inch...so around 105, but thats not including muscle...muscle ways much more so if you're muscular, a litle more than that...but if you've got none, around 105.

I read in a book that a good weight for 5 1 is 114. You shouldn't woory about your weight, though. It's unhealthy to be too skinny.
