There are a number of stores that sell Guitars and other Music Instruments, the most popular of them are all in Daryaganj on the road that leads to the Red Fort, and in Chandni Chowk.
Try Bina Music Store in Daryaganj. Also a recently launched (I believe it would be about 1 year old now), portal called Bajaao (www.bajaao.com) is a good place to buy music instruments.

You will find it in Dariyaganj (Delhi gate - Lal Quila road), other places also have them, but there are 2 shops here, which are the cheapest in Delhi and will offer you large varieties. Kolkata is even cheaper. If you know some one there get it from there!!!
