i took my car for its service and i know my ipod was in my car because i was listening to it on my way to the dealership. when i went to get my car unbelivably my ipod had dissapered. when i went to complain about it, one of the managers simply said that he was sorry but they weren't responsible for objects left in the car and that i should not have lefi it in the car. i was shocked, he didnt even care about the fact that an employee had stolen something from me. how on earth am i not gonna trust their " proffesional mechanics"?? i am so upset about it. and im sure im not the first person who is going through this. what can i do???????????????????????

go over the service manager head & go to the general manager if that gets you no where file a complaint with the local police department. you may not get ypur ipod back but it may scare the crap out of the thief!!! don't just roll over make a stand, be polite, never cuss, or belittle anyone, just stand your ground & let them know your not a push over!!!!!!!
