Today is saturday the 24th and I am having problems with my electric in my house and I called them at about 2:00 pm and told them I am having problems and it is now 9:30 pm and still no service so how would they like their bill paid the same way we get service? Oh and by the way I don't want to hear how they have this to take care of or that to take care of because when I had Ohio Edison I didn't have this problem getting service! Or is it because I live in a moble home park? You know I pay taxes to a city and don't even get services or anything for the taxes they collect like no snow removal or street repairs and they don't even take care of our outside lighting. Sounds like legalized stealing dosent it?

i returned faulty goods to a shop in Glasgow earlier today. I was made to feel awful by the manager, i was accused of dropping the item to cause it to break, when i had taken a display item from another store, i have tried to e mail the store but been ignored. i want to know if anyone knows who i should contact to take this further? thanks

i recently hired a vehicle out from a rental company. i wanted to hire it for 3 days however the rental company misunderstoofd my dates and gave me the vehicle for 2days. on the second day they tried contacting me and left a message saying that if i hadnt returned the car by 2pm they would report the car stolen. i returned the car after 8pm.

after a couple of days i noticed that they had taken £390 out of my account without asking or sending me a bill. im really confused because i thought this chip and pin was supposed to be there for a reason. also if anything i thought the could only charge me for the extra day. can they really take money out of my account just like that.? im not sure what terms and conditions i signed for but this just takes the mick!!!
