At lake barkley state resort park, if you live in cadiz area, can you go to the fitness center without a pass, if you pay? My dad use to be a maintenance manager there, so I could get in free, but my friend wants to know if she can get in there with money, but no passport...any help? I would love to know ASAP!!! Thanks!!...she is not in any cottages, or the area, she lives there, not a visitor.
