Check your phone book for an Army surplus store or check out a salvation army or goodwill store these will be your most likely places.

Any army surplus store will sell those items. Do a local search for Army Surplus stores. YOu can also go online at brigadequartermasters.com.

At a military surplus store, we have tons in the chicagoland area....get your phone book out and look under "Military" or "Surplus", should be some listings.
Or, do a yahoo search under yahoo shopping.
