I have 3 barrels and about 12 4x4s about 4 feet long. I want to be able to hook up hoses and water my garden and my lawn. We are going thru a dry spell. Anyway it is better than turning on the tap and watching my hard earned cash running out all over the grass.

I got some mold on the walls of my basement after a flood. Now, there are these somewhat red spots in the carpet, and there's little pieces of [of what look like pasta] growing out of it. They are in shades of cream to brown. How do i get rid of that [pasta thing] and some mold on the walls without my parents finding out?

If my parents find out, I'm in a lot of trouble.

The leaves have holes in them. It's that way on the entire tree. Dripping alot of sap and has soft squishable bumpy black stuff on the bark. What is causing this?? I don't see bugs, beetles or anything like that. It doesn't look like it's dying, it's just getting worse and dripping alot of sap which it didn't do before. It's at least 6 yrs. old and I'm guessing at least 20+ feet tall. It's an elm tree.

My workplace is having a competition, we need to decorate our office according to a theme, Underwater. There's a lot of huge windows, and I was thinking of putting blue glass paper on the window and stick some glitters and pictures of fishes, crabs, and other sea creatures. It's pretty basic, but I can't really think of anything. Any ideas?

I live in Maryland and I see "holes" in the leaves, like bugs have been eating them but I can't identify the bugs although I believe them to be some type of beetle.

I mean you see this is part of the problem with what happens to children who grew up in this type of enviroment. Children who are abused or mistreated have a higher risk for violent behavior and/or psychological problems.

I see many people cutting their yards sideways. Is there a practical reason for this? The only reason I can see is if the yard is on a hill it might be easier going at an angle. I heard someone say it made the grass grow better. I think its a load of crapoodle. What do you think?

If you want 10 points, then be experienced at this subject, Cutting and pasting site I can do myself by searching. I am hoping to find some good simple basic books or info on general propogation to skip the failures as much as possible. I know tons on flowers and if you want the most excellent book on starting flowers from seed, it is "From Seed to Bloom" by Eileen Powell, mine is 1995 and it is very very very good because she tells which are hard and which are easy etc. So how about a trade for some info on a book like this IF YOU HAVE USED IT AND KNOW FOR SURE. THANKS
