My name is Harsh. I am 16 years old and my birthday is on 2nd of March. I want to know how can I increase my height ? Suggest me some exercises for increasing height. I am in 11th and all my friends are about 5'7" and I am just 5''4'. Even girls are taller than me. Everybody laughs at me due to this. Please help me out of this problem.
