Homeopathic treatment for teenagers to help gain height: -

Increasing the Height

You did not say how old you are. But you are under 18 years of age.
In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
You said you have been Cycling. That is a good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
Stretching exercises on floor.
Find them on line.
Chin ups.
Full stretch type.
Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch climbing.
In other words do things that require stanching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.
Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".
Issue of Genes:
You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.
I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.
Again Swimming:
You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.
The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

Doing stretching exercises and pull ups may help to some extent.
Height increase stops once the epiphyses ( growing bone ends)are fused. Another thing is height is genetically determined which you inherit from parents and ancestors.
Good food (balanced diet) and the above mentioned exercises may increase height slightly within your body frame and genetic make up. There are no other natural means to increase the height.

There is no guaranteed way to improve height. You can increase your weight or reduce your weight. But if anybody says that you can improve your height - do not believe
However, try the following exercises. Just hang an object above your head - i.e. at least one feet above your hand's length above your head. Jump and try to catch the object several times. Increase the height slowly. Try for many days and months.
Notice any visible improvement in your height

You are really not that short. At 16 you are still growing and there is more growth coming. There is no proven way to increase your height on your own. It is a factor or heridity. Keep exercising and turn what you think of being short to your advantage.

why would you want to be tall? show off your shortness rub it in the tall peoples faces trust my it makes you feel much beter abou being short i am in the 10 grade and i am only 5''1 1/2' it helps me a lot maybe it wll help u to

Harsh....i assume you failed human anatomy, otherwise you would know there is no possible way to increase your height unless you wear high heels, platform shoes or walk on stilts. You are predisposed to reach a certain height based on the genetic inheritance from your parents. Therefore, learn to accept it.
For those who say milk helps, milk provides strength within the skeletal structure. It has no bearing on height.

Being 16, you're still growing. Don't worry about it.
If you do want something to go with, I can confirm that human growth hormone levels are elevated when you sleep. So get your rest.

I turn 16 tomorrow!
To increase your height you need to make sure you are getting a lot of rest because you only really grow when your sleeping.
You can do things like stretching and hanging but there ar eno real excercises to make yourself tall, its natural how tll youwill become. Just be sure to eat and sleep plenty!
