Will you still grow a little bit when you're already in your late 20's?

im just wondering because I've just read an article that says humans completely stops growing at the age of 30. Is this true?

Most people stop growing around 25, but statistice say guys stop growing at 28-20 while girl stop growing at 16-18, yet the female body with develop faster

yes u can still grow about 20-50mm in late 20's,this depends on the food u eat n the exercise u play.eat more protein foods n always jump high like playing basketball,badminton n swimming.
it is true that v stop growing after 31 yr of age.

I'm not a scientist nor MD so I honestly don't know.

But, I've never met one person in my life that still grow after the age of 25. They are more likely will stay the same or shrinking a little instead.

The only place you might grow is around your waist line. Sorry, but in the late 20's your growing any taller won't happen.

i'm not sure but i've heard from a few doctors that most girls will stop growing taller by 2 years after puberty. i think you probably wont grow anymore by later 20s, but then again, there are exceptions.
