I am currently in a intimate realtioship with my partner and forgot to tell her I contracted HIV, what should I do?

You did not forget! You were afraid of rejection. Just come right out and tell her. Expect to be dumped. If it was me and you did not give me the choice of weather or not I wanted to be with you and I found out I was HIV positive I would file attempted murder charges against you.

How the HELL do you ignore to inform someone?? honest mistake or not, what in case you contaminated that human being, legally they could fee your a** with against the law...So perhaps next time you ought to be in courting with someone who's established with and is happy with it. just stand up and be a man and tell her! this is something she needs to know so she can get tested ASAP! She really does have the right to know this. How could u have forgoten to tell her this? This is something that she should have been told when u first got together and before you slept with her.
