I am only 14 years old i am 5"8" and weigh 155 but i want to lose 20 pound and my you know what please help me

You sound like you have the same body type I did. I played football which meant a lot of sprinting, as hard as you can go, a lot of pushups and a lot of situps. The best thing you can do to get rid of your man boobs is to do pushups and lift weights. Lay on a bench of some sort and hold a good amount of weight in each hand and hold your arm out straight at a 90 degree angle with your side, parallel with the ground. Then bring your hand straight up, having your arm make a 90 degree angle with the ground without bending your elbow. You should feel a pull in your chest twards your shoulder. That should do it! Oh and by the way losing 20 lbs is probably quite a bit for your hight/age. You may gain some muscle mass so don't be suprised if you lose not as much weight as you hoped. When I was your age I was the same hight and weight and I didn't get much below 150. Eat regularly, but exercise with sprints, pushups, situps, jumping jacks, and yes, jump roap helps a lot. Get into a sport, that helps too. But lift weight to get rid of your boob.

24 ounces of grapefruit juice a day (three 8oz glasses).

This will help you loose 4 lbs every 12 weeks...

I have lost weight using this method.

If you are looking for a fast solution this is not it...but it is easy, effective and beneficial in more ways than one. Besides getting lots of vitamin c, you will loose weight gradually, which means you won't have permanent flab to endure or have removed surgically.

I wrote this next article to a gal on yahoo answers forum in an email:

Basically I just took the article I read in line at the market in Men's Health Magazine for what it was worth...face value..three 8 ounce glasses each day...no matter what kind or when....I can relate some stuff to avoid through experience...the stuff you might find in the can that you have to add water to thats frozen (called pink grapefruit juice)...avoid it...it's very bitter and not paletable at all...the best kind is the stuff in the half gallon carton in the refrigerated section of the supermarket...get Sunnyside Farms if you can...it's ruby red grapefruit juice from concentrate...but it's not too expensive...only about $2.50 a half gallon...some stores like Safeway only sell the squeezed stuff (ruby red as well) and it can get pricey...like $4.50+ a half gallon *shudders*....thats cool in a pinch...but I wouldn't stock up on it...grapefruit juice basically carmatizes your digestive system (makes things right) and supresses appetite in a manner that is beneficial/acceptable to the human condition in my experience/opinion...but that doesn't mean one needs to throw common sense out the window and continue to eat things like burgers etc. in excessive amounts...try to eat lighter...with grapefruit juice you will find this can be accomplished in a comfortable manner...I would suggest to drink as much of the stuff as you can (over 24 ounces per day if you feel comfortable with it)...this is one case where it seems more is better....good luck..

the best way to increase your weight is following a diet that u can eat every things but less fat and sugare and carbohydrate . but u shouldnt lose weight more than1 kg in one week cause u will lose your muscle instead of fat . from today decrease abit of your food every day so it will not hurt your stomak and u will not be nervous from being hungry . and also the best way to increase your weight and then have a very good body is following a sport at least 3 times a week . try to use more juice and eat more vegteble before u eat your mail.

I'm no longer certain how so much you weigh but when you are a little obese, perhaps you'll lose them while you trimmed down. If no longer, perhaps you'll get a few liposuction in your breasts. Good Luck!

lift weight that focus on the chest area and if it fell when you get older do a little liposuction
