Consume food half of your stomach only. Take plenty of pure water. Dont take any snacks between any two meals. No smoking, No drinking.

Practice regular exercises sufficient to your body. Above all keep your mind away from unnecessary thoughts and worries. Be cheerful. Health is always yours

Eat three meals a day... but just have small meals every time... And if u want healthy body plz don't overeat what people normally do is that they overeat if they find something really tasty.

Start working out at least 3 times a day I would suggest to to hit the gym 6 days a week... trust me u'll really feel fit.

Don't eat potatoes, rice and fried stuff that's poison lol and don't eat lots of sweets

Firstly drink lots of water, eat healthy fruits, helathy pulses, etc daily do exercises, yoga to keep fit, have some physical stress, try to avoid vehicle, and walk regularsly and be fit.

Eating fresh and from the a variety of food groups paired with a daily exercise routine does wonders, if you are looking to bulk up a bit and reduce fat, eggs are the best protein and they have low-fat and calories.

eat a balanced diet, drink atleast 10 glasses of water every dayand do a lot of exercise. exercise doesn't necessarily mean going to the gym and working out. u can go on walks. u can do cycling.
