Does my Creatine and Protein plan sound good / safe ?
I am a 20 year old male, relatively healthy - 6 foot tall, 180 lbs. I have recently lost 50 pounds and I now want to move into the "bulking up" step. My plans are to be more cut than ripped.
I have researched a little, and I am planning to take 5g creatine 30 minutes before workout, and 5g creatine 30 minutes after. I plan to take these 10g of creatine for a month, then take one month off, and so on.
I am also going to add protein ontop of the creatine.
The question is - Does my plan sound good / safe? And also, how much protein would you recommend and when?
