Actually, male pattern baldness is more influenced by the mother than the father, and there's not a lot you can do to change that. You can try Rogaine, it is shown to help with hair regrowth. But it's not going to give you the thick hair of your teen years. In the 30's men naturally get thinner hair. Look at the men in your mom's family and you will get an idea of what the future is looking like. The Rogaine may or may not help, and if it really bugs you, the only other options are wigs or hair transplants. Personally, I don't think thin hair is all that bad on mature men, even bald. Thick hair on an older guy is rather unnatural looking. I'm fairly sure that the significant women in your life don't mind one way or the other about your hair, as that's not the part of you they were attracted to. At least not the one's you would want to keep around. You can certainly look at the options, but don't despair just because you are losing hair. You are still keeping the important parts. They don't fall off or out.

At ther grand old age of 32..my husband was in the same spot u r right now. Grab yourself a pair of clippers and give yourself a number1 buzz cut. Then lather with shaving cream and shave the rest off with a new blade on your razor. Shave it all off....it aint coming back so u may as well embrace it. After u have shaved it...apply a little oil to give it a nice shine. Pretend it was a choice rather than necessary...Good luck 2 you

I'm sorry to tell you this, but its in your genes and can't do anything about it. However, you could try vitamins, and Rogain
like someone else suggested. Try some natural alternatives
that specializes in hair growth.

To be honest with you, I think "some" bald guys look attractive it comes with character.

propecia definately works and makes hair appear darker. If you have stopped having a family take it. I think it messes with the sperm and can cause deformed children.

rogaine also works to cover up hair already fell out and grow small light hairs.

propecia will stop hair falling out.
