There are some creams in the adult store...not something you ask a pharmacist I guess. But for me it's not a problem today, except when I am with a woman for the first or second time early in a relationship, and that can be very embarassing. So what I've done is attempt to satisfy her so that my quick finish won't be a problem. Sometimes then girls like that they can bring a guy off quickly. So take care of her first.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/zoTpI

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

There are desensitizing creams and stuff out there. I think KY makes a desensitizing lubricant. Durex makes one called "Play Longer" for about $7. There are also some condoms out there that have this in them as well, to prolong things so you don't ejaculate as quickly. As for medications, I can't say. Give the lubes a try and see how they work for you.

If you REALLY need help in this area, Prozac works! I realize it is not OTC though. It does come in generic brand and is not so pricey now.

Yes, it's called "Mandelay" and it is in the aisle with the condoms and lubricants. It's made with benzocaine.

No.
The only cure for that is self control.
Practice through masturbation, and do not have sex until you have mastered this skill.
