What chances does a 50 year old man have of impregnating his young wife? This man smokes and has poor health habits. His wife is much younger than him but able to get pregnant easily, as she found out during a previous marriage in which she was so badly abused she was hospitalized a few times. No, this is not me. I'm asking on behalf of his wife because she thinks she might be pregnant.

As long as men ejaculate and have sperm, they can impregnate a woman. His age is not a factor. Several Hollywood stars are examples of this. If she thinks she is pregnant, she probably is.

Of course he can get her pregnant. Men can get women pregnant into their late 70s. You make it sound like 50 is OLD and it's not.
