Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

Nope nothing wrong there at all. Sure it is true that most guys have two of them but I know guys with only one and they are perfectly normal and very capable when it comes to sexual activity and making babies.

It may be that one did not descend properly and could not be brought down so it was removed. Or it could be an injury to one that resulted in it shrivelling up or being removed. Or it might be cancer that was diagnosed and treated by removal. Or it might simply be that the person came that way.

If having only one presents a problem whether it be image or embarassment, it is possible to have a fake one implanted and given the wonders of modern technology it is pretty hard to tell the difference to a casual observer and some are so good they will stand the hand on testing too.

It all depends on two things.

1) Your definition of extremely large. Do they get in the way? Is it difficult to wear certain types of clothing because of their size?

2) If they've become large in a very short time, which could be a sign of illness such as cancer or possibly hernia.

If they aren't causing any discomfort, then there's probably nothing wrong with the size.

Is this something new or have the always been that way? If it is new I think you need to get checked. If you are just hung like a bull... well good for you.
