Yes I do. Whenever I'm sleeping over at someone else's house I have to take a spray with me. You can buy it from the drug store. It contains essential oils that you spray to the back of your throat and it stops the throat from drying up and your tongue sticking to the roof of your mouth (which is what causes snoring). There's been questions on here before regarding snoring and I'm amazed at the number of people who think it's only fat people that snore and the only cure is to lose weight. I know so many skinny people who can wake the house up!

For me not like that bad i snore when i get tired but my husband snore very loud that ican't sleep if he sleep before me.

Like a trooper but I shouted myself a magnetic pillow. Family can now get some sleep.

Yes I do, and I have been through sleep study. I have another appointment next month for another sleep study.
