I started using computers,3 years ago,and couldn't see the writing on the computer,so i been using reading glasses when i use them.I'm on the computer 6 hours a day,7 days a week,for the last 3 years.Now when i'm off the computer,i try to read without the glasses and the words in books and letters are blured.Is using the glasses too much hurting my eyes?I never used glasses before the computers,and my vision was great? I am 63 years old.

I grew up in a highschool where showers were not forced and therefor no one ever showered. Infact there were a few times when some one might shower and they got made fun of. Now I am headed to college this fall and I am taking a gym class and I am sure showers are mandatory there. Should I be as nervous about this as I am, am I thinking to much into it, is there really nothing to it at all?

my hubby has a mole on his back which i think is just a harmless one, but last night i noticed the "head" is coming off, just held on by a hinge of skin, I am tempted to pull it off to let it heal ,but not sure, advice please. he is poo pooing the idea that these can be cancerous

Why do guys, especially young guys, wake up with erections, even if they aren't feeling 'in the mood?' More than once, I have noticed that my boyfriend is 'excited' in that particular area, yet all he wants to do is roll over and get some more sleep. Or ARE they in the mood and just teasing?

I only sleep 2hrs in the morning 2hrs in the evening due to working two shifts, this is my daily routine. Can this effect my health? What are some of the bad stuff I should look forward too???
