Having money in your checking account. Your body will tell you when to sleep. Allot of people have irregular sleeping habits. You will adapt and do just fine.

I did this for a long time b/c I was working third shift, and I couldn't get used to sleeping during the day, so I ended up sleeping only a few hours a day. After a month or so, I was delirious...very easily irritated....I reacted to things irrationally. I did lose a lot of weight, but I was so thin it was unhealthy, and no matter what I ate I couldn't gain! I started sleeping through my lunch breaks at work. The whole idea of food would make me sick to my stomach....everything made me sick to my stomach. And I started having chest pains. Just my personal experience. Hope it helps. Try to get some rest. We weren't made to go without sleep for long periods!

getting sick often, when your body rests it also heals and fight off infectious disease more easily.

although someone famous only received around 4 hours of sleep and lived life well.

"Personally, I enjoy working about 18 hours a day. Besides the short catnaps I take each day, I average about four to five hours of sleep per night." --Thomas Edison

ho ho ho look forward to having your kidneys and liver get overloaded with toxins.........when you go to sleep the liver detoxifies the blood and sends the waste to the kidneys which you will pass out when u awake...no sleep or little sleep...u are recycling old dirty blood through your system............and the free radicals that are circulating will definately start chewing up vulnerable tissues like the Blood Brain Barrier...and then....lights on the pourch but no body home kind of scenario....so get some sleep and give your liverf something to do....otherwise your are carrying an extra 1.5kg for nothing,,,,,,,,,,

Your body has no time to recharge. When your body lacks time to recharge, eventually a flag will be raised and your body will force you to fall sick (fever) in order to make you give recovery time. Your immune system will be very weak.
