It's all because of how we develop in the womb. Blame it on your blastocystic past.

Oh yes they do! Male nipples are studded with nerve endings, become erect during sex, and are great for sex play. They don't produce milk, but most of the time, neither do a woman's nipples.

And as others have stated, we all start out female. When the baby starts to differentiate towards male, the ovaries become testicles, what would have been the vaginal opening curves inwards and seals (that's the seam you see running down the front of your scrotum) and the clitoris becomes the penis.

is the same as why man has finger nail, man do not need finger nail. sometime you need time to cut and trim which serves no functional value. Live with it. It look better with nipples.
