hi i do alot of singing and also in religion we sing alot and i have been doing so from when i was 4 yearsand now my voice is breaking so i can not sing as high also my dad thinks that i am moving out of my religion as i dont want to sing and evry sunday we have to sing and now i haven't sung in a month because i cant also i dont want to get out of my religio as i am still religiouse!

I had slip disc 5 years back. After the pain got over ( 10 days or so), I played a lot of golf with no problems. However, about 10 days back , while playing golf, the pain came back -BIG TIME. After 4-5 days of acute pain, I am now better, though some pain remains. I have been taking therapy and its helping. My question is that once I have recovered fully, say after a month or so, can I , or rather, should I play golf?
