Extract of spanish fly causes a burning sensation in your genitals. The feeling can be good, but the burning sensation is caused by the extract killing off your nerve cells. Extended use of spanish fly extract will eventually kill virtually all sensation in that region, and for men, it can cause impotence. (that means you can't get a hard on.)
