I have tried working out a ton. I lifted weights 4 times a week for months but no result. So I got on this protein shake called Nitro-Tech and it worked. I gained weight and my body was getting ripped. But after I ran out my body went back to it's old self and I got weaker even though I continued to work out 4 times a week. What should i do? Should I keep buying protein shakes? Or start taking Steroids? I need help asap because I am off to college in 2 months and I am suppose to be playing division one football at Northern Illinois but I only weigh 165 pounds but I am 6'2. Only serious answers please. Thanks

Many ppl told me that an study in the university of california, make an study about the physical damage they can do to your brain and body, And thet said that weed is much healthier than alcohol. Both in no overdose of course... It is true, than one dose of weed is better, than one dose of alcohol?... Of course not mixing them ...
